Management buyout of a leading financial services company
Our client is one of the largest non-bank financial services firms in Thailand with a loan book of Bt10billion and revenue of more than Bt7billion per annum. Management held only a quarter of the company’s shares and were faced with managing a company with more than two dozen shareholders. To consolidate control, management turned to Hatton Capital to provide advisory services on options, financing, negotiation and structuring. Within 12 months, Hatton helped secure financing and closed a buyout at a valuation of Bt4 billion and management majority control in the company.The client’s name cannot be disclosed because of confidentiality agreements.
