Hatton Group acquires major private label food exporter

Hatton Group has acquired a major Thai-based private label food exporter in a private transaction completed in early April 2017.
Danai Pathomvanich, Hatton’s managing director said that this major acquisition reflects the group’s interest in the Asian food sector’s long term growth..
“This acquisition will help our group further penetrate overseas markets, especially the US and European market, for Asian specialty foods, that have been experiencing double digit growth.
In particular, the new acquisition will help the Hatton Group achieve its mission to be the number one go-to choice for private labelled Asian food products sold in North America and Europe within the near future.
“We’ve put in a great management team that will help us successfully drive us toward our new mission,” he said.
