The Institute is committed to ensuring that all personal data provided under various applications and notifications are handled in accordance with the relevant provisions of the Personal Data (Privacy) Ordinance.

We are committed to protecting the privacy of our customers. We have prepared this privacy policy statement to help you better understand how we collect, use and disclose information that we collect about our users through our web services, and to assist you to make more informed decisions when using the website.

Data captured on-line or via the Institute’s website are retained on the Institute’s server. Storage on the Institute’s server is protected in accordance with the requirements of the Government of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region which protect against unauthorised or accidental access, processing, erasure or other use.

The Institute retains personal data so long as the data is still required for the purposes mentioned above.

OPT-OUT CLAUSE

You may opt out of receiving email messages from us and delete your personal information at any time by sending us an email stating that you wish all such data to be deleted from the Institute’s record. You may also send us your request to modify your personal data by email to us or by post.
